1. Making a management system of labor safety and environmental sanitation for all site project's
2. Making rules, regulations and principles for labor safety management - environmental sanitation for person and construction machinery, equipment and tools according to the State's standards and regulations
3. Making plans to inspect and supervise labor safety at sites
4. Making plans to train occupational safety and labor hygiene
5. Making targets on labor safety and hygiene for construction sites
6. Making a reporting system from the network of site safety officials and control the implementation
7. Regularly update and disseminate legal documents of the State to improve labor safety and labor hygiene policies
8. Control Contractor's and organize training and training courses on occupational safety and environmental sanitation for laborers to participate periodically at construction site
9. Making out plans to control supervise and inspect the implementation of regulations, internal rules and measures on labor safety and hygiene at construction sites so as to take measures to overcome problems
10. Control the contractor's for the implementation of registration and verification of machinery, equipment, materials and chemicals with strict requirements on occupational safety and labor hygiene

1. Graduated from University of Occupational Safety / Labor Protection
2. There is a relevant certificate of occupational safety
3. At least 4 years of experience in occupational safety, including at least 2 years of occupational safety management.
4. English communicates well at work (prioritizes 4 skills)
5. Office software: Word, Excel, Project, Power point, Internet, calculations support for work
6. Ability to plan, conduct the training and have good presentation skill
7. Good health, honesty and enthusiasm
