**Job purpose/Mục đích công việc
- Establish, operate, supervise and improve safety activities to ensure complying with law requirements and Corporate requirements
- Thiết lập, vận hành, giám sát và cải tiến các hoạt động về an toàn nhằm đảm bảo tuân thủ các yêu cầu pháp luật và yêu cầu của Tập đoàn.
**Key responsibilities/Nhiệm vụ chính
- JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and RA (Risk Assessment): conduct JSA and Risk Assessment for machines, working processes, working conditions. Based on JSA and RA results, make plans to control.
JSA (Phân tích An toàn Công Việc) và RA (Đánh giá rủi ro): thực hiện JSA và RA cho các máy móc thiết bị, quá trình làm việc, điều kiện làm việc. Dựa vào kết quả đó, chủ động lên kế hoạch thực hiện để kiểm soát.
- Safety training: make plans and conduct safety trainings according to law requirements and Corporate training plans.
Đào tạo an toàn: lên kế hoạch và thực hiện đào tạo an toàn theo đúng quy định của Luật và yêu cầu của Tập đoàn.
- Safety audit: make plans and conduct safety audits at shop floor, summarize results and report to related departments as well as Management Board about safety performances.
Kiểm tra và đánh giá an toàn: lập kế hoạch và thực hiện đánh giá an toàn ở xưởng sản xuất, tổng hợp kết quả, báo cáo cho Ban giám đốc và thông tin đến các bộ phận liên quan về thực trạng an toàn.
- Safety work permit: review safety work solutions and issue safety work permits for contractors and internal construction activities at the plant; train safety regulations for contractors; supervise construction processes on safe.
Cấp phép an toàn thi công: xem xét và phê duyệt phương án an toàn thi công; cấp phép an toàn thi công cho nhà thầu và các hoạt động thi công trong nội bộ nhà máy; đào tạo nội quy an toàn cho nhà thầu; giám sát an toàn trong quá trình thi công
- Incident/accident report: Make incident/accident report, investigate root causes and make action plans.
Báo cáo tai nạn: làm báo cáo tai nạn, điều ra nguyên nhân và đưa ra hành động khắc phục phòng ngừa.
- Implement other safety’s work: Food safety; Food Poisonous Drill; Evacuation drill response; Firefighting; Ergonomic program; Verification; PPE management; Truck and forklift safety management…
Thực hiện các công việc an toàn khác: An toàn thực phẩm; Diễn tập ngộ độc thực phẩm; Diễn tập thoát hiểm; Phòng cháy chữa cháy; Chương trình Ergonomic; Kiểm định; Quản lý phương tiện bảo hộ lao động cá nhân; Quản lý an toàn xe tải và xe nâng…
- Perform other related duties as required according to the assignment of Compliance Manager/Supervisor

a. Education/Trình độ
- Major certification/Chuyên môn chính:
Bachelor’s Degree in safety management, electricity - mechanical engineering, environment or related field preferred.
Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành quản lý an toàn, cơ khí – điện kỹ thuật, môi trường hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan.
- Related knowledge and certification/Bằng cấp, kiến thức liên quan:
Safety certifications for bonus points (ISO, OSAH, HSE…)
Điểm cộng cho ứng viên có thêm chứng chỉ về an toàn (ISO, OSAH, HSE…)
- English/Tiếng Anh:
English proficiency/Thông thạo Tiếng Anh
- Computer/Vi tính:
Knowledge of Microsoft office, Word, Excel, Power point
Hiểu biết về vi tính văn phòng, Work, Excel, Power point
b. Working experience/ Kinh nghiệm làm việc
- 1 year minimum practical experience in safety management at company (Manufactory and/or foreign company is preferred).
Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm công tác an toàn ở công ty. (Ưu tiên cho ứng viên đã từng làm việc ở công ty sản xuất hoặc công ty nước ngoài).

- Working management skill: Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Kỹ năng quản lý: Có kỹ năng tốt về phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề.
- Proactive in personal tasks, planning, implementing and follow up till end of the project
