Safety Engineer

• Provide safety training to all employees (including sub-contractors). Enhance their safety & health sense and capability, especially for the capability of emergency handling.
Huấn luận an toàn cho nhân viên (bao gồm thầu phụ). Nâng cao ý thức an toàn, ý thức sức khỏe và năng lực cá nhân, nhất là năng lực xử lý tình huống nguy cấp.

• Inspection safety rules compliance which employees must comply, instruction sub-contractor by work to permit at work places. Ensure safety & health program is compliance with internal requirements & legal regulations.
Giám sát tình hình tuân thủ quy định an toàn, hướng dẫn thầu phụ tại công trường. Đảm bảo các chương trình An toàn Vệ sinh Lao động tuân thủ với nội quy công ty và quy định chung của pháp luật.

• Check and advice on working plan and safety procedures prior to work commencement.
Kiểm tra, cố vấn an toàn cho kế hoạch làm việc và phương pháp trước khi khởi công.

• Monitor and issue of Risk Assessment.
Giám sát, đánh giá rủi ro.

• Control all activities at site related to electrical equipments, working at height, fire fighting and protection, operating lifting appliances, welding equipments, warning signal system, ladder & scaffolding, fire substances, pressure vessels, working in confined spaces, used lockout/tagout, etc. Provide advice, guidance for accident prevention.
Kiểm soát hoạt động, vật dụng tại công trường bao gồm các thiết bị điện, làm việc trên cao, phòng cháy chữa cháy, vận hành nâng đồ, dụng cụ hàn, biển báo, thang và giàn giáo, chất chữa cháy, ống áp suất, làm việc trong môi trường hẹp, cách ly hay dán nhãn máy móc nguy hiểm, v.v... Tư vấn, hướng dẫn phòng tránh tai nạn.

• Track and daily report the safety performance for manager.
Theo dõi và báo cáo tình hình an toàn hằng ngày cho quản lý.

• Ensure all incidents are reported and properly investigated. Analyze for root cause and make action plan to solve potential hazards.
Đảm bảo báo cáo và điều tra tất cả tai nạn. Phân tích nguyên nhân và đưa ra phương án hành động để ngăn ngừa tai nạn tiềm ẩn.

• Others tasks/duties related to Labor Safety.

• At least 1-year work experience in the same position.
Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 1 năm trong vị trí tương đương trong lĩnh vực cơ khí, kết cấu thép.

• Computer literate: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc).
Biết sử dụng máy tính: Bộ MS Office

• English communication.
Có thể giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh

• Good understanding of local regulations related to occupational safety and hygiene.
Nắm bắt yêu cầu liên quan đến an toàn vệ sinh lao động

• Ability to identify potential risks and corrective actions.
Có khả năng nhận diện rủi ro tiềm tàng và hành động giải quyết.

• Ability to plan, conduct the training
Có khả năng lên kế hoạch và huấn luyện.

• Good health, honesty and enthusiasm.
Sức khỏe tốt, trung thực và nhiệt tình với công việc.

• Accept to work overtime as required.
Có thể làm ngoài giờ theo yêu cầu.
