Mô tả công việc
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of safety, security & fire protection systems
- Develop local safety, security and environment policies and procedures to meet legal and corporate requirements.
- Support and coach manufacturing staff in the assigned Areas.
- Deliver safety training on assigned topics.
- Be the site subject matter expert in assigned safety systems.
- Safety compliance audits including Safety Observation Index (SOI), fire protection, Legal compliance
- Conduct Safety Risk Assessment (SRA) for current, maintain process and new change
- Manage service and construction contractor
- Conduct safety audits and incident investigations

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Health & Safety Engineer education background
- At least 1 years direct/proven working experience on safety
- Health and safety train the trainer certification (preferred)
- English skills (Writing, Speaking & Listening)
- MS Office skills (Word/Excel, Power Point…)
