Mô tả công việc
- SSO is the division of ELCA Vietnam that handles the internal technical infrastructure (ITS Group), the Cloud Engineering (CE Group), the Managed Services (MS Group) and the Continuous Integration and DevOps Expertise (CI Group).
- The SSO DM is responsible to implement and manage the delivery services delivery and operations in line with the ELCA Group SSO business line’s strategy.
- The SSO DM is responsible and accountable for the smooth running of all ELCA Vietnam technical infrastructure and where requested the customer’s system environments such as the complete software factory cycle: production, integration, validation… environments. Supervise the implementation, maintenance and monitoring of infrastructure
- Define, Implement and institutionalize CMMI best practices for services at ELCA Vietnam to achieve SLA requirements and in particular to support the global 24/7 production monitoring services as needed and requested by ELCA Group SSO
- Responsible for operational and investment budget planning and controlling within ELCA Vietnam
- Responsible to build teams with appropriate skills according to the growth and activities required, do the people management
- Report regularly the status to SSO Head of Business Line in ELCA CH and General Director in VN and handle escalations from respective groups
- Do other tasks as needed to improve the way of work at ELCA

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Hard skills
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 12 years of relevant experience in managing a team and delivery of IT project
- Strong capability to handle priorities
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast changing environment on interesting technical challenges
- Proven hands-on DevOps engineering experience
- Good knowledge of Windows, VMware, Hyper-V and Linux OS
- Good knowledge in AWS system operations
- Having ITIL/CMMI Services experience is a plus
Soft skills
- Strong leadership
- Very strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent people management and coaching skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence in understanding web cloud technologies
- Service oriented mindset
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
