Runner, Receiving & Warehouse (Local Only)

Duties may include but not limited to:

* Execute Receiving process ensuring goods/services are received based on SOP and stipulated service and quality standards
* Deliver received goods to specified locations within the property
* Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse vehicles and equipment safely
* Determine efficient methods of storage identification and stock location
* Follows proper storage requirements of equipment, supplies and chemicals.
* Preventative maintenance of warehouse equipment
* Work closely with various Business Units, including but not limited to F&B, Casino, Hotel, Quality Assurance on the receiving of goods with agreed quality level, physical distribution of goods, return of defective items to suppliers, and transfer of goods between locations
* Identify and propose process improvement ideas and work with management to optimize operation efficiency
* Execute and participate in the inventory stock count exercise
* Maintain cleanliness (5S) and ensure goods and inventory are well-organised in the warehouse and that company’s assets are secured and protected
* Strict compliance to company SOP and health and safety regulation
* Other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications/Requirements

* Preferably 1 - 5 years of industry experience in logistics, receiving and warehouse operations
* Positive attitude and excellent customer service
* Physically fit and well-built due to physically demanding job
* Preferably Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant work experience
* Basic understanding of English both verbal and written. Ability to communicate in Vietnamese will be advantageous.
