Routes Planning & Design Supervisor

Job Summary
- In charge of tracking performance (First mile, after sale), identify the issue to have prompt action
- Based on current performance and operations to implement improvements
- Design routes for pickup parcels at Sellers’ locations
- Be a connector to receive information from related teams, analyse and work with line manager to figure out solutions
- This position will report directly to the Route Engineering Manager and works closely with regional team for continues improvement as guided.

Responsibilities
- Tracking performance dashboard for close monitoring, comparing practical operations, having prompt actions for incidents
- Making report for daily/weekly tasks
- In charge of allocating Sellers to LEX Routes network
- Enable strategic planning and optimized customer coverage during high peak seasons such as holidays, promotion campaigns and sale period when there is surge in volume
- Identify and implement improvements in routes re-engineering sequence of operations/work flows, staffing, handling methods, troubleshooting challenging routes and equipment required
- Review and re-engineering of routes that has increased in pickup stops and managing of capacity utilization within the route looping of routes which can take on more stops & volume without incurring cost or justify expansion with supporting data

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- Good analysing/reporting skill, advance level of Microsoft Office suite of applications (or equivalent)
- 1-2 years of experience in the above fields and/or experience in the express package, transportation or material handling industries would be beneficial
- Experience in areas of productivity improvement, route designing & engineering
- Communicate well both verbally and in writing; listen to and understand various viewpoints; share relevant information timely; provide constructive feedback; maintain professionalism
- Good reading/writing English skill
