Mô tả công việc
• Improve numeric distribution
• Define the best module for Automotive Oils, Motorcycle Oils to enlarge product availability in market in most efficient cost
• Establish sell-out data management
• Analyse distribution network and sales data to define and win Shopper’s Path to Purchase, to build Influences Program and the best Route to Market
• Data analysis for Channels / Customers / Products / Category / Promotion Efficiency and ROI.
• Set up sales data management system to provide customers/channels data insights to sales, trade marketing and consumer marketing, to ensure quality of sales by RTM to following up route plan execution of Sales
• Support others in the daily use of data systems and ensure adherence to legal and company standards
• Ensure digital databases and archives are protected from security breaches and data losses
• Troubleshoot data-related problems and authorize maintenance or modifications
• Prepare data for migrations related to client projects according to established plan and keep records of all projects
• Review and authorize any system changes that may affect data maintenance, analysis, reports or storage
• Initiate data improvement and data automation strategies based on regular assessment
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing for RTM in best understanding and insights of historical data, baseline, incremental sales coming from new customers/ new distribution/ trade promotion/ consumer promotion/ new products launch/ price impact etc…
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Other assigned jobs from Line Manager from time to time

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University graduate with major in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting
• Have 3-5 years at the same position in a fast pace Sales environment
• Teamwork and functional understanding of the company
• Logical thinking, analysis skill and problem solving
• Result oriented, look for solution, adopting an positive mindset in problem solving
• Possess interpersonal skill
• Good at communication, both in verbal/ phone and written
• English & Vietnamese proficiency.
• Have 3-5 years at the same position in a fast pace Sales environment
• Teamwork and functional understanding of the company
