Robotics Development Engineer

Main Responsibilities:
- Promote Yaskawa robots, solutions and other products to customers, especially Korean customers in Hai Phong and nearby areas
- Work in robotics sales team to identify and develop business opportunities and product applications, marketing and sales activities in Hai Phong and nearby areas
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with key partners and customers
- Advise and support customers to design and build up robotics machines and robotics systems
- Work with sales team to work out technical and commercial proposals.
- Support after-sales Service (machine and robot installation and teaching/programming, maintenance and inspection service, training, warranty, spare parts, ...) and ensure customers' satisfaction
- Resolve and respond to customer queries/complaints in a timely and effective manner, especially for technical and after sales service issues.

Workplace: Hai Phong

Job Requirement:
- >= 2 years working experience in mechanical and electrical engineering (machines, robots, servo). Prefer young and dynamics candidates who can work independently in Hai Phong
- Frequent travels to other nearby provinces (Hai Phong, Hung Yen)
- Prefer candidate who lives near Hai Phong or hometown is in Hai Phong
- Relevant technical background for robotics and machine engineering
- Good English is required. Korean speaking is added advantage.
- Good skills of computer software: Autocad or Inventer/Solidwork, PLC programming, … .
