Risk Management Team Leader - Quản Trị Rủi Ro

Working Location: 14 Lang Ha, Thanh Cong, Ba Đinh, Ha Noi

Conduct risk management activities for Moca payment platform (including GrabPay by Moca):
● Perform periodic risk assessment to establish thorough understanding of risks and their implications in the Moca system;
● Contribute to the establishment of appropriate risk appetite for Moca;
● Contribute to the establishment of policies and operational procedures to actively control risks;
● Work with development teams to build and utilize payment risk tools;
● Perform transaction monitoring and authorization activities;
● Lead the handling of suspicious transactions;
● Perform data analysis to continuously improve risk management controls;

Personal qualities
● Strong communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English (IELTS 6.0 or TOEIC 700 or equivalent);
● Ability to work independently and work under high pressure;
● Planning skills and time management skills;

Qualifications
● University degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or equivalent;
● At least 03 years of experiences in risk management of card/e-banking/e-payment operations, in banks or e-payment firms;
● Solid knowledge of international/local bankcard operations, e-payment operations, payment processors and gateways, card networks, authorization, and settlement;
● Preferably good understanding of practical risk issues in card payment and e-payment;
● Good understanding of risk management principles;
