The MYVN Risk and Quality (R&Q) team in Vietnam collaborates closely with the R&Q team in SEAPEN -
we forge close ties with frequent communication, sharing and collaboration of R&Q related matters. In
the broader region, we communicate with member firms mainly in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia
for sharing of trends and understanding and various other aspects across Line of Service.
We are looking for a Risk and Quality Manager to join our R&Q team in Ho Chi Minh City office.
Experienced Supervisors or Senior Managers will also be considered.
Key responsibilities:
• Project manage various projects, tasks and deliverables
• Prepare reports and deliverables for submissions specified by GAQR (Global assurance quality
review group)
• Provide consultation of R&Q and independence matters to managers and leaders
• Research and consult to acquire knowledge and risk management procedures
• Liaise with quality review teams from GAQR and SEAPEN R&Q team
• Conduct training for Risk Management and Independence Policy
• Monitor compliance with policies and procedures of Network and SEAPEN
• Implement remediation actions on areas needing enhancement
• Be part of QMS, QMR, ECR (Engagement compliance review) and internal hot/cold review team

Key job requirements:
• Project management skills, creativity, attention to detail
• At least a year in a managerial position in assurance or five years working experience in multinational
companies in the field of risk management function
• University degree in Accounting, Auditing or other relevant degree
• Good spoken and written English
• Proactive to learn and to continuously develop technical knowledge
