Mô tả công việc
• Lead the training and sale admin team to operate the daily operation at training hub.
• Control the daily recruitment task to make sure new rider can sign up BAEMIN smoothly.
• Train all new riders on the current operation and service process
• Review problem areas and rider experience impact, to raise enhancement requests
• Collaborating closely with the Rider operation/Rider community/Antifraud team to update the latest policy.
• Other management task assigned by leader
• Working time: 6 days/week, 9 am – 5:30 pm
• Working place: Ha Noi office (will be trained 1-2 months in HCM Office first)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Two years-experience and at least one year-experience in training task
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and other technology system
• Strong Vietnamese - verbal and written
• Knowledge of customer service, training, quality control.
• Experience in e-commerce, Ride-hailing, On-demand logistics, E-commerce logistics, Manufacturing, Mass retail and/or delivery companies like Grab, Now, Lazada Logistics, Shopee Logistics (GHTK), GHN, Viettel Post, DHL E-commerce... is strongly preferred;
• Honest, Detail, Enthusiastic, and Can-do-attitude.
• From 24 - 30 years old
