We are looking for a dynamic and energetic intern to join our Reward team on an exciting 6-month Internship Program. If you aspire to develop your career in Human Resources, we welcome you to join our vibrant team. The intern will be based in our HCMC Office, reporting to the Payroll Team Lead, based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in the process of payroll administration, vendor management, client stakeholder management, staff benefits administration and employment taxation
• Exercise strong independence to fulfill timelines, to develop strong organizational skills and communication skills
• Support the Payroll Specialist Vietnam in other tax and mobility matters
• Learning opportunity to experience working in a HR Service Centre
• Support day-to-day activities & Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• A senior year or fresh graduate with a bachelor degree
• Available for full-time work for 3 to 6 months
• A balanced profile with a strong non-academic curriculum interest
• Basic knowledge on Employment or HR processes is preferred
• Hungry to learn attitude, can-do attitude
• Resourceful and agile thinking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deal with ambiguity
• Committed and have a strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
• Available for full-time work for 3 to 6 months
