• Lead all BIM modeling from preconstruction to project closeout
• Establish close working relationship with operations field team
• High level of communication with other partners and field team
• High leadership ability across multiple departments
• High level of organizational skills
• Prepare high quality detailed design structural drawings (layout, formwork, rebar, steel structure).
• Read structural analysis reports and implement into drawings.
• Detail and develop structural details and engineering solutions from sketches and design requirements.
• Preparation of drawings and drawing lists for delivery.
• Report to project manager, team manager.
• Work in a well-structured manner in accordance to company guidelines

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in the same field and position
• Being able to respect tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Able to think globally and work with various cultures/backgrounds
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change
• High level of communication and leadership skills
• Desire to continually improve personally and professionally
• Creativity within Revit and construction practices
• Ability to manage other employees and projects
• Strong problem solving skills
• Reliable, professional, self-motivated and good attitude
• Collaborative attitude is a must

Skill Tags:

• High Proficiency in Autodesk Revit: Architecture, Structure, etc. (3-5 years)
• High Proficiency in Navisworks clash detection. (3-5 years)
• Understand Building Information Modeling
• Good at AutoCAD 2D/ 3D
