Revit-Bim Modeler

- Deployment of basic design documents, technical design and construction.
- Coordinate and work with related technical disciplines: structure, electromechanical, fire protection, lighting, landscaping, estimation, and subcontractors and supply other materials.
- Knowledge and experience, especially high-rise apartment buildings, offices, residential areas, commercial centers, hotels, resorts ...
- Be knowledgeable about construction materials, system of technical standards, regulations, standards and regulations of the state on the steps of implementing architectural design
- Undertake a high standard of self checking of drawings and documents produced, as well as assist, with internal quality assurance checking and procedures for work done by other staff

-Having knowledge and experience in deploying technical drawings, construction engineering drawings.
-Use Revit fluently.
-Using office software and other specialized software (AutoCad, Revit, Sketchup, 3Dmax, Vray, Lumion, ...) is an advantage
-Basic knowledge of architectural structure.
-Mastering the basic standards and regulations on architectural design of buildings.
-Preference is given to the enthusiastic enthusiast at work.
-Honest, enthusiastic at work, able to work independently or in groups, withstand high pressure..

Experience and Qualifications
-Professional degree in University of Architecture, Civil and Industrial Construction; Construction structure
-2+ years of experience
-Experience in designing high-rise buildings, offices, factories and complexes
-Understand and know how to apply structural design standards and standards

Languages
-Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
