Mô tả công việc
• Prepare Modell families, Assemblies, Tags, Parameters
• BIM modelling and drafting support for Project Managers during the planning, design, and construction phases of various projects
• Coordinate and manage Revit models
• Create / Modify / Update Revit families
• Prepare construction and building documents/detailing for public, commercial and residential buildings
• Maintain, create, and follow check lists to ensure consistency and quality of work on every project
• Review all work for errors and mistakes prior to releasing as complete
• Update drawings from mark ups

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Architectural Technology Diploma or Degree in Architecture
• Proficient in technical construction/ detailing and building technologies
• At least 1-2 Years of full time Revit experience
• Ability to create and modify Revit families
• Revit model coordination
• Knowledge of Navisworks software is an advantage
• Basic understanding MEP
• Knowledge of drafting standards
• Ability to manipulate and adapt to files created by others
• Ability to work well within a team and independently, as well as work on a number of project simultaneously
• Communication skills in English
• Proficient in technical construction/ detailing and building technologies
