JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are a team of young and yet professional individuals across 3 big continents - America, Europe & Asia and we're functioning in the global finance industry. You will work in a fast-paced and yet friendly and international environment to provide retention service to our existing customers who have recently obtained and/or upgraded services on their accounts. The main responsibility of this job is customer retention.
Ideal candidate(s) is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales retention and customer service best practices. You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Contact and maintain relationships with interested parties/customers;
• Proactively converts service channels into sales;
• Assist the customer through his initial activity and provide ongoing support by phone and e-mail;
• Responsible for addressing queries and concerns of the customer;
• Collect and verify customer contact information and generate new leads through referrals;
• Accurately logs and monitors all activity related to user accounts in our CRM system;
• Documents activities in daily, weekly and monthly report trackers;
• Escalates all customer concerns to proper channels for immediate attention and necessary actions;
• Ensures confidentiality of customer information (e.g. bank details, contact number, etc);
• Meet or exceed sales targets consistently;
• Other duties as deemed necessary by the immediate superior from time to time.

• Similar experience in retail financial environment is an advantage;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Vietnamase;
• Quick to learn and proactive.
