Retail Store- Sales and Marketing Executive

Reporting to: Music School and Store Assistant Manager

1- Overall purpose
- Reach sales target in Musical Instrument Store (35%)
- Plan and organize marketing campaigns to enhance school and product awareness (35%)
- Support Music School Program (20%)
- Retain and improve customer satisfaction (10%)

2- Key responsibilities and duties
* Reach sales target in Musical Instrument Store (35%)
- Support sales to achieve target (from consultation, close deal, delivery, after sales services)
- Give counselling to customers in person, on phone and by email about musical instruments
- Build good relationship with Customers to increase loyalty and get referral
- Be able to play musical instruments and do as a demonstrator
- Support showroom display and keep products in good condition
* Plan and organize marketing campaigns to enhance school and product awareness (35%)
- Mainly handle training workshops, exhibitions, fairs and relevant events to school & store
- Prepare POSM design, production, POP display
- Market analysis
* Support Music School Program (20%)
- Support Music course consultation to increase students’ registration and retention
- Support Music School staff to follow up student study pathway with school
- Support student enrollment
* Retain and improve customer satisfaction (10%)
- Mainly handle customer care activities related to Products issues
- Handle customer/students’ complaints, keep track of customer requests
- Do the tele sales /email
- Follow up customers/students lists
* Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Required working experience
• At least 2 years working experience in Sales and Marketing

Required qualifications
• At least college degree in Business Administration/ Sales & Marketing

Required languages
• English proficiency
