Retail Sales Representative

• Greeting and directing customers
• Providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answering customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Handle cash and credit sales, and close out till at the end of the day
• Process, price and shelve incoming products
• Assist in cleaning and maintenance of the store
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Assists customers in locating merchandise, performs gift wrapping or other special services, communicates policies on returns and exchanges.
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the GM.
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.

Proven work experience as a sales staff, Sales Associate or similar role
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Availability to work flexible schedules including day/evening shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.

• College/University graduation
• Min. 1 - 3 years of direct sales or related experience
• Fluent in both spoken and written English (equivalent IELTS 5.0 or Above).
• The resume/CV must be written in English
