Retail Sales Manager - Jewelry Field ( Up to 3500$)

*Retail Sales
- Build up and implement business master plan and yearly/quarterly/monthly sale strategy from the first offline store to chain of stores

- Build up, implement, operate and control all the strategies, policy of business, include: flagship store, Facebook, Website and E-commerce channels

- Build up sales team, develop and manage effective performance

- Responsible for sale revenue, KPIs directly with finance department and CEO

*Marketing:
- Develop master marketing plan with detail budget, manage schedule of each campaign, each period with approve budget to run marketing campaigns, to boost revenue.

- Implement, monitor, evaluate results of offline marketing campaigns for store and online marketing for online business.

- Manage and nurture all media and social media channels, optimize advertisings on those channels

- Build up new brand strategy and financial targets, Develop brand identity and brand direction

* Human management

- Recruit and manage personnel of Marketing team and Sales team

- Build up training document (such as product knowledge, customer service procedure)

- Implement other tasks assigned by upper management

University degree in Business Administration and relevant field

Knowledge on the market, retail industry in Vietnam, previous experience on accesory, jewelry or fashion is a plus.

Knowledge on Marketing for both technicals & practises (concepts, tools, trends, technologies) is preferred

At least 7 years in business management position. Strong leadership and consensus building skills; marketing management and strategic planning experience, a proven track record in developing and delivering success for base business/new product development

Good at leadership, planning, time management, negotiation

Good at English skills ( both writing and speaking)

Word, Excel, Power-point, Outlook
