Objective of role:
To drive results and enhance the customer experience by providing exceptional service.

Detailed Job Responsibilities:

Sales Engagement with High Level of Customer Service

Present a warm, caring, and dedicated demeanour through:
o Having eye contact, smiles, greets and offers help to every Pandora customer.
o Always ready to serve the customer with a positive attitude at all times
o Prioritize assisting customers over other tasks.
o Follow up with customers to see if they need additional assistance.
o Thank all customers for shopping at Pandora Vietnam and invite them back again.
• Efficiently and accurately conduct customer transactions on our POS.
• Process and follow up customer orders and exchanges.
• Offer solutions for out of stock items i.e. alternate item, etc.
• Provide memorable, highly personalized customer service through needs analyses and product recommendations
• Assess needs by responding to customers cues.
• Knowledge of store, services, and locations of merchandise. Educate customers on the benefits of PANDORA’s merchandise
• Offer additional styles or colours to increase sales levers.
• Control & achieve individual sales targets/store daily sale target.


Store maintenance

• Ensure a high level of merchandising and cleanliness in line with the PANDORA Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure stock is always replenished and accounted for.
• Ensure back room is always neat and tidy, and stock is in an organised order.

Suggested Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or higher
• Minimum one year of retail or customer service experience
