- Meet assigned AUA Growth; NTB/ Upgrade Customers; Revenue
- Service the assigned customer portfolio
- Consistent and timely service to meet customer needs and ensure portfolio customers are engaged
- Takes accountability of customers’ problem to achieve customer satisfaction of problem solution
- Adhere to bank’s compliance policy and ensure all transactions carried out on behalf of clients are within the stipulated parameters of the bank’s policy process flow
- Ensure operations, workflow and processes are compliant to the bank’s standard and guidelines
- Maintaining highest integrity level
- Service the assigned customer portfolio

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Minimum of 2-years working experiences in sales, preferably in the financial service industry with some products such as unsecured loan (personal loan), bancassurance, credit card...
• Fluent in written/spoken English
• Superiror customer engagement skills
• Diligent in delivering superior customer service
• Highly results orientated with strong display discipline, perseverance and good attitude
