- Drives productivity and efficiency in store management across Brands in the Affiliate
- Develops and implements holistic retail SOPs across Brands
- Integrates SOPs with ROS
- Monitors performance through audits while driving a retail KPI-driven store managmenet mindset
- Partners with Retail HR to develop and deliver brand agnostic retail store education programs
Description
* Work with country GM and Brand management teams to drive standardization of retail operations policies and procedures for all freestanding stores and other points of sale. Keep a good balance between respecting global consistency and enabling local capability.
* Project manage the assigned programs to drive retail operations consistency and efficiency using PMP framework.
* Provide guidance to Brands on best practices in retail operations including back office operations and education.
* Conduct training sessions and workshops with each Brand at various levels (Brand managers, retail managers, field staff).
* Oversee the regular audit process of freestanding stores (and other POS) in the market to assess the level of store operations consistency and efficiency against standard SOPs
* Report findings and elaborate recommendations.
* Contribute to develop strategies to educate and build Retail Managers' capabilities in operating skills.
* Stay close with the Global Retail Channel team to ensure alignment of Global versus local strategies.
* Identify and share best practices from the industry/competitors, in collaboration with Brand and geographic retail leads

Contribute to develop and / or deploy relevant workshops locally.
* Actively participate in defining/setting retail operation processes in ROS program from the perspective of a process expert.
Profile
Qualifications
* Strong track record of driving excellent retail operations and building capabilities - developing, managing, training, and measuring retail policy and procedure programs for a sizable business / market
* Knowledge of retail operations and strategy in the Region
* Able to comprehend and provide inputs into business strategies
* Experience in luxury / prestige beauty industries
* Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills. At least one Regional language is highly advantageous
* Experience working with Retail Point of Sale (POS) systems / platforms
Communication and Influence
* Able to confidently communicate with leaders in various levels: Affiliates, Regional and Global
* Able to drive changes by influencing, inspiring, teaching, and collaborating
* Proactive self-starter who also enjoys being part of a team
* Ability to manage self and others to effective project timelines
* Effective working with people from different cultures and backgrounds
