Mô tả công việc
Manage all operation activities of stores
SALES & MARKETING
- Setting up and drive overall retail performance (UPT, VPT, KPI) in stores by implementing retail practices.
- Setting monthly target for every single of store & action plan how to achieve the target.
- Working with Marketing Department to create or set up campaign to increase sale for each stores
CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Ensuring to delivering A Professional Customer Service to all Customers
STAFF
- Ensuring Store Profiles as budgeted by recruiting right people.
- Applying effectively Training and Coaching Process to develop every store member.
- Conduct training for new staffs on basic selling skills and products knowledge. Ensuring Qualified store staff (Sales, Shift Leader, Store Manager).
- Review and approve rosters, O.T., annual leave applications.
- Meeting with retail sale staffs periodically for feedback and update information
STORE OPERATIONS
- Ensuring Store OPS according to Company’s policy and Brand’s procedure.
- Submitting all reports
- Planning a reasonable schedule for store Visit, evaluating and giving action plan.
- Take more responsibilities for overseeing future major renovation projects in Vietnam
PRODUCTS & VISUAL MERCHANDISE
- Ensuring Effectively Inventory Controlling and Management Process
- Ensuring All stores meet VM Standards
SALES & MARKETING

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Age: >30 years, male only
- Nationality: Vietnamese
- Language: Good at English is required
- At least 3 years experience in Retail Operation Management/ chain of store management (Sport fashion industry is a plus)
- Experience in managing to performance targets desired
- Project management experience, able to work independently on multiple concurrent initiatives
- Strong personality and leadership.
- Manage team > 50 headcounts
- Strong determination of KPIs achievement
- Disciplined and high motivated to motivate and encourage team for improvement
- Nationality: Vietnamese
- Language: Good at English is required
