Retail Operation Manager

The Client is looking for an experience Retail Operation Manager to develop and operate their chain of beauty stores.


Description

The client is looking for a Retail Operation Manager to execute the development plan for their new beauty store chains as well as set up and lead the operations. The responsibility include:

- Develop execution plan with Strategy Director

- Manage the roll-out of the store chains from conception to handover, including working with suppliers, consultants and contractors

- Set up operation team and manage necessary training programme (approx 10 staff per store)

- Develop operation process and monitor the execution

- Manage all pre-launch activities

- Manage and report overall P&L and able to provide budget planning


Profile

The successful candidate shall possess strong experience in retail operation and retail financial planning. Candidate shall have managed through the retail store fitting out in the past and have good supplier management skills. Candidate is preferably Vietnamese with fluent English speaking. Communication, negotiation and leadership is key to success in this position.
