Retail Operation Manager - Ha Noi Flagship Store

Ru9 is looking for the Store Operation Manager to join our team with our first flagship store in Hanoi.

We are looking for a charismatic leader with exceptional service and sales sense to drive Ru9’s presence in Hanoi. In this position, you will build and lead the team of Sleep Specialists using consultative sales culture to create the most customer-centric environment. You are passionate about people management and have practical sensibility to steer your team toward hitting their personal performance goals and meet our company’s targets.

What you will be doing when you are not sleeping: 

• First of all, put yourself into shoes of Ru9’s customers

• Create engaging customer experience, listen and understand their concerns and communicate back to the company for continuous improvement

• Monitor all delivery steps to ensure that customers can receive items on time as promised

• Responsible for meeting and exceeding Ru9’s sales plans

• Oversee management of inventory to ensure store productivity

• Recruiting and manage store personnel and other operation executives

• Implement training programs and develop high performing team

• Coordinate with Marketing team for store events and local partnerships

• 2 years+ experience in managing position of customer-facing department (retail / service / account management)

• An organized, entrepreneurial go-getter - you get things done without bullshit

• Able to build, coach, and retain a high-performing team that meets sales, operational, and financial performance goals

• Deep and demonstrated understanding of service excellence in a consumer environment

• A resourceful problem-solver and out-of-the-box thinker when faced with challenges

• Curious and willing to question how things are done and how they could be done better

• Ready to bring fun into your workplace but willing to put in long hours when required
