Mô tả công việc
Job goals:
- Planning and implementing business activities within their management scope.
- Ensuring the effectiveness of business results according to the original plan.
- Ensuring the effectiveness of the general operation of the showrooms chain.
- Building, training, developing and managing the shop assistants team.
Main functions and tasks:
1. Specific tasks:
- Planning and implementing a clear business plan based on identifying the strengths and limitations of the business, opportunities and challenges from the market, competitors, business environment.
- Developing sales programs and effective measures to promote and lead customers' shopping needs, increasing sales of the whole chain as well as each individual showroom according to the market characteristics of each region.
- Setting daily, weekly, monthly and quarter sales targets for all showrooms in the chain; complying with sales targets, deploying and monitoring the implementation of revenue plans.
- Effectively managing inventory and daily sold bottles of each showroom, managing slow-moving and fast-moving items, analysing and understanding the causes; updating and tracking new collection information; coordinating items in the management system based on slow-moving and fast-moving items as well as market demand.
- Developing, expanding and maintaining the showroom system.
2. Ensuring an effective operation of the showroom chain:
a. Responsible for the image of the showroom chain
- Ensuring window display, collection area, displaying goods based on regions, ensuring a neat and clean atmosphere inside the showrooms according to the guideline issued by the Company.
- Knowing the principles of displaying goods, regularly checking image reports of showrooms.
- Proposing plans to develop a positive and effective showroom image.
b. Managing and developing staff
- Responsible for the operation of the affiliated stores: working hours, company’s regulations, displaying goods, the working style and attitude of the shop assistants’ team. Summarizing all information and reports from all Chiefs of each showroom.
- Instructing staff in taking great care of customers during pre-purchasing to post-purchasing steps, especially VIP customers.
- Responsible for developing training programs and continuously organizing training sessions for staff.
3. Reporting and other tasks:
a. Report:
- Periodic/ irregular work report
b. Other duties:
- Coordinating well with other departments to deliver the job.
- Building a positive image of the Company to present to employees, partners and customers.
- Joining the Company's projects as required.
- Performing other duties and tasks as required by the superior managers.

- Being able to supervise and evaluate labor productivity of departments and individuals within their management scope.

- At least 5-7 years of experience in the same position in high-end and luxury goods industry.

- Knowledge of marketing strategies to enhance the brand awareness of company’s showrooms.
- Effective sales skills.
- Target management capacity.
- Thinking ability.
