Retail Manager

• To be responsible for establishment, operation and development retail business.
• Lead to build and deploy the retail product and services.
• Assist the related teams to build the policies to operate the retail business (such as incentive policy for broker/remiser).
• To be responsible to build brandname and take market share in retail.

• Having experience of direct establishment and development the securities retail business.
• Thorough understanding about business enviroment of retail services in Vietnam securities market.
• Having experience of operation the network of broker and remiser.
• Strong networking with other securities company.
• 05 years experience of operation the retail services in a large size Vietnam securities company.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• High level of English proficiency.
