Retail Manager

Core Functional Duties (Marketing and Leasing):
- Support in developing, implementing and monitoring project marketing plans.
- Support and Handle all related leasing activities.
- Build and execute negotiations to secure and retain tenants.
- Maintain high occupancy and optimum rental returns for the projects.
- Maintain A-grade tenant’s satisfaction level.
- Maintain A-grade project profile.
- Ensure financial and background due diligence on prospective tenants.
- In charge of proposal and contract to prospect tenants.
- Prepare and update leasing documents.
- Coordinate with all related departments as per necessity or standard procedure.
- Keep lease documents in good condition of preservation, order and updated.
- Follow-up and take necessary actions on lease renewals, expiry and other special conditions as per necessity.

Market Intelligence:
- Control and update the database of space available for lease.
- Communicate space availability to clients and other agents in line with marketing strategy.
- Maintain and develop the relationship with the tenants, prospective tenants and agents.
- Make presentation of projects to prospective and business partners, supplier, vendors, etc...
- Maintaining an up-to-date databank of all competitive marketing activities.

Brand and Communication Duties:
- Support in developing the overall communication plan and brand activities for calendar year.
- Sourcing and management of agencies/suppliers (RFP preparation, evaluation, negotiation and selection).
- Support the development of marketing collaterals to support leasing and sales teams.

Other Duties:
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager and Department Head.
- Attend to training, seminaries, conferences and other domestic or international functions as per job requirement.
