Retail Coordinator

* Job Purpose:
Supports product sales and profit goals by preparing merchandise forecasts; monitoring, updating merchandise plans and Marketing activity execution.
* Duties:
- Forecasts merchandise requirements by studying business objectives and plans, profit and turnover goals, and allocations; identifying and analyzing sales trends.
- Prepares merchandise plans by analyzing items purchased and requested by product category, type, quantity, and season; studying floor space and floor plans; integrating forecasts to specify items and quantity to be purchased, and when.
- Maximizes sales by identifying sales opportunities and promotions; studying product turnover; evaluating and redesigning floor plans and flow strategies; recommending liquidations; maintaining assortment and replenishment profiles; auditing buyers' decisions; updating merchandise and sales plans; monitoring supply chain processes.
- Improves merchandising results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing planning and review processes; implementing changes.
- Prepares merchandise reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales and product data and trends; determining status for "open to buy" and "on order".
- Improves budget projections by upgrading review, analytical, forecasting, and control processes.
- Team management – Training and supervision of Store Managers and Staff, coordination for day to day operations, staff performance monitoring.
- Liaison with stores and mall operations/management teams for operations/promotions/commercials.
- Coordination with VM team/ Graphic Designers/ vendors for store construction, layouting, visual installations, fixtures.
- Maintain store information database including customer details, fixtures, POSM, inventory.
- Provide Retail sales and inventory MIS as per directives of Country Head and Management.
- Responsible for complete management of Airport locations in terms of sales, merchandising, planning and achievement of budgets.
- Coordination for CRM Programme and ensure execution of the same in alignment with the finalized policies.
- Conduct regular store visits to analyze about store/staff performance, first hand assortment overview, competition survey, staff training.
- Plans and executes marketing activities in coordination with marketing department.
- The tasks could be altered as per management’s discretion.

- 2-3 years work experience, sales background. Experience in marketing and retail is an advantage.
- Intermediate English in both verbal & writing.
- Skill:
o MS Office, advance level in Excel;
o Photoshop is optional;
o Interpersonal skill;
o Analyzing Information;
o Inventory Control;
o Forecasting, Cost Accounting.
