The ISM Executive's roles and responsibilities include, but not limited to the following tasks:
1. Shop decoration:
- Execute shop decoration investment in alignment with sales plan
- Budget planning that aligns with each product unit
- Study floor plans and identify strategic zone
- Work with vendor to develop design based on product unit‘s guidelines with modifications to match with local market
- Monitor production process to ensure it matches requested timelines
- Process payment related to shop decoration
- Monitor quality and repairing after production process
2. Merchandising:
- Ensure that products are arranged with demonstration based on display guidelines, with clean and clear corner
- Daily MOT report and shop visit check
- Market Information report
- POSM printings/inventory management/ delivery management
3. Other tasks assigned by Team Leader at any time

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduate with bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
- Have approximately 3 years of working experience in similar positions/jobs
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Good English and computer skills
- Be proactive, creative and result-oriented
- Be able to work in a team with a high team spirit, as well as independently with a good sense of responsibility and ownership
