Mô tả công việc
•Coordinate daily front and back office restaurant operations and working closely with Restaurant manager
•General waiter/waitress duties while delivering excellent customer service
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Supervise Staff shifts
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
• Create detailed reports on stock, expenses, etc.
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices

Yêu cầu ứng viên
*Vietnamese National
*Fluent in English (mandatory)
*Postgraduate Students with experience in the hospitality field is an advantage
*Minimum of 1 year working in a restaurant
*Experience working in a team-oriented environment
*Strong organizational and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work well under tight deadlines and pressure
