Restaurant Supervisor (Upto 13 Million)

- Train, supervise employees performing customer care work
- Proactively visit customers during the service process
- Deal with customer complaints in line with the company's policy during the shift.

* Quality assurance:
- Supervise the product preparation plan according to the chart and instruction documents issued in the shift.
- Implementation of sales plan in shifts to employees specifically.
- Receive, store, use and handle goods in accordance with standards
- Supervise the deployment of new products to train employees and make suggestions to the management through operational deployment.
- Feedback to superiors, related departments on quality and food safety

* Effective human resource management:
- Implement incentives, rewards for staff and staff training
- Deploying the plan of training, instructing and developing employees under the direction of management.
- Ensuring the information channels inside and outside the restaurant communicate to the staff throughout
- Maintain early and last shift meetings with staff.
- Ensure ATANKV in the shift

* Operating operations:
- Supervise implementation of cash control / ANATKV process, goods control, labor costs in shifts.
- Always ensure product quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
- Carry out order of maintenance of equipment and facilities during the shift
- Report to management of abnormal problems during operation and compliance with handling directions.

* Requirement
- Vietnamese candidates
- At least 1 year experience at the same position
- Fluency in English
- Be careful , honest, credible and accurate in their work
- Detail will be discussed in the interview.
