- Manages the operation of Resort outlet to ensure the achievement of established food and beverage quality, guest service quality standards and departmental profit goals.
- Delivers Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures
- Develops departmental standards and procedures to promote salesmanship, beverage creativity and profit
- Delivers daily briefings and attends other Food and Beverage meetings as scheduled
- Delivers prepared training sessions in line with a departmental monthly calendar

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 2 years experience at Supervisory level/Assistant Manager level
- Good sense of customer service skills, guest-centric
- Ability to deliver training & inspire others.
- Knowledge of POS, HACCP, cost saving.
