Restaurant Manager

• To be in charge of Restaurant operation including: reservation, catering service, Bar, events, stocks control, inventory, billing, etc...
• Maintain maximum productivity of restaurant personnel through effective scheduling.
• Motivates staff to perform their duties to the highest possible standard.
• Co-ordinates, controls, plans and performs at least one communication meeting every month and one training session every week.
• Completes all requisitions for General store items and Operating equipment keeping expenses to the minimum without affecting the quality.
• Maintains highest quality possible effective control and supervision of all employees’ tasks.
• Communicates any personnel ideas and guest comments, regarding the food, directly with the Outlet Chef.
• Plans and co-ordinates effectively for future trends of business and takes action accordingly through effective communication and scheduling of restaurant personnel.
• Develops employees through effective guidance, coaching and counseling.
• Controls all operating equipment such as linen, chinaware, glassware and cutlery to maintain quality and keep losses to minimum possible.

• Knowledge of food & beverage products, hospitality. Knowledge of wine, spirit, liquor is a must.
• At least 2 years F&B experience in 5 star Hotel/ Resort.
• Excellent customer service and F&B service skills.
• Familiar with spirits, wines and other beverage items.
• Excellent management and leadership skills.
• Familiar with POS system (Micros)
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese. Knowledge of other language is an advantage.
