Restaurant Manager

We're looking for a restaurant manager for our French Bakery.
Tasks will be as followed:
- Recruitment, training and supervising the team
- Agreeing and managing budgets
- Overseeing stock levels
- Ordering supplies
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints
- Greeting and advising customers
- Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports
- Keeping statistical and financial records
- Assessing and improving profitability
- Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
