Direct report from: Restaurant Supervisors
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manages the guest satisfaction efforts of FB department in accordance with TMGH expectation & standards.
• Optimizes revenue of FB department and be responsible for department’s profit and loss.
• Controls and maintains the department’ policies & procedures to ensure smooth operation.
• Leads and trains all his subordinates in operation especially.
• Transmits all the information relayed to him by his direct superiors and staffs to ensure developing the team.

Knowledge
• Hospitality industry experience with referable 2 years of experience in Restaurant senior position
• Strong FB knowledge
• English skills – fluent
• Computer literacy: window, word, excel, PowerPoint presentation
• Knowledge about the area

• 1.5 DO per week, 16 AL and 10 PH per year
