Mô tả công việc
• Manage with ‘hands-on’ approach all STREETS Restaurant Café daily operations.
• Responsible for professional staff and apprentice supervision, training and scheduling.
• Maintain the international standards for STREETS guest service, food and beverage, sanitation and hygiene.
• Prepare and manage STREETS Restaurant Café annual budget.
• Control revenue and expenses and report monthly variances with complete transparency.
• Participate actively in weekly enterprise managers’ meeting.
• Complete administrative tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• College Degree or Professional Hospitality/Tourism/Culinary Certificate (preference given for International study experience).
• Prior full-time hospitality work experience including at least 2 years management role in restaurant, hotel, tourism, or related business.
• Demonstrated critical eye ability with careful attention to operational details.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (will be tested in interview).
• Excellent written, spoken and English (will be tested in interview).
• Commitment to the STREETS mission of educating and developing disadvantaged youth.
• Must live in or relocate to Hoi An area at start of employment, one-time relocation.
• Flexible work schedule, including evening, overtime and holiday as needed.
• Vietnamese Citizen preferred.
• 100% Non-smokers only.
