Mô tả công việc
*Position Responsibilities:
Key Functions:
• Oversee the running of the restaurant and the conduct of all staff working in the restaurant
• Maintain the standards of service and production set by the management team
• Create a learning environment in the restaurant with the ability to regularly instruct, guide and demonstrate during service hours
• Organise training sessions out of hours
• Plan and implement promotional activities for the restaurant
• Supervise the preparation of the restaurant for service and monitor all opening and closing procedures
• To control the restaurant costs including stock take, inventory and wastage
• Ensure all safety and hygiene practices are being adhered to
• Weekly reporting procedures
• Oversee the rostering of staffs
• Follow disciplinary procedures when required
• Any other duties as required by the Operations Manager
Reports / Meetings:
Daily:
• Complete daily report
Weekly:
• Restaurant incident report
• Sales reports
• Cost and wastage reports
• Attend meeting with Operations Manager
• Attend staffs meeting
Monthly:
• Cost and wastage reports
• Stock take
• Attend general meeting

Qualifications:
• Female priority
• Fluency written and spoken English
• Japanese and Korean is advantage
• Graduate of hospitality training preferred but not essential based on experience
Work experience:
• Minimum 5 years work experience in the Front of house position and at least 2 years working as a Restaurant Supervisor
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:
• Demonstrate full knowledge of all items on DOZO SUSHI menus
• Ability to produce drinks to the quality and presentation level of DOZO SUSHI standards
• Monitor and co-ordinate the work tasks of the team
• Follow weekly reporting procedures
• Excellent organisational skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Mathematical skills
• Ability to delegate and manage
• Problem solving and decision making skills
