Restaurant Manager

JOB BRIEF
As a role of restaurant manager, you are required to ensure the smooth running of the Restaurant for ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and maximum average check.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Involve to establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures.
• Supervise of the Restaurant operations, including staff supervision and rostering, preparation of checks, stock control, and communication with relevant departments in the company
• Liaise with the Head Chef and kitchen to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen and quality menus are designed to suit the business and achieve budgeted food costs.
• Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
• Analyze and respond to guest feedback, guest satisfaction and staff satisfaction information;

• Bachelor's Degree in Restaurant or Hotel Management or equivalent are advantage
• Proven food and beverage management experience
• Guest-oriented and service-minded
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekend
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs
• Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
• Communication and leadership skills
