Mô tả công việc

Overview of duties
• The role of the Restaurant Manager is to supervise and control all food and beverage products and services from the restaurant to the required Lifestyle Resort Da Nang standards, within agreed budgetary parameters
• To ensure the smooth running of the restaurant service, setting proper performance standards for guest services and maximizing departmental profit.
• Applies the brand's quality standards (SOP)
The Restaurant Manager will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.

Main responsibilities

Customer relations
• To personally and frequently verify that guests in the restaurant are receiving the best possible service.
• Ensure all guests are being treated in an efficient and courteous manner and that all Pullman Resort Da Nang standards are being applied
• Ensure all Food & Beverage Service quality standards are complied with and that policies and procedures are consistently applied.
• Coordinate activities with other hotel departments in order to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest satisfaction
• To handle complaints and guests suggestions by using the proper channel of delegation and report any issue to management and record in the log book accordingly.

Professional techniques / Production
• To ensure that special set up (promotions etc.) be installed in the various point of sales in due time and according to pre-established specifications.
• Cash Register & Cashiering.
• Stock Control.
• Beverage & Cocktail Knowledge.
• Professional & Complete F&B Service Skills.
• POS Systems
• To assist the FBM in monitoring service and F&B standard.
• To work closely with the FBM and to take corrective action when necessary.
• To carry on special projects assigned by the FBM.
• To keep an updated monthly roster of all staff
• To check each F&B departmental employees schedule and make necessary changes according to the volume of business.

Team management and cross-departmental responsibilities
• Is the point of contact for all departments involved in setting up the event.
• Boosts cross-departmental working methods thanks to his/her relational skills, adaptability and professionalism.
• Forms a duo with the Sales Manager, Kitchen, Housekeeping..."

Commercial / Sales
• Assist in the daily maintenance of food & beverage services and sales to achieve optimal levels of revenues while maintaining high levels of guest service
• To assist identify the market needs of both hotel and local guests.
• To assist in monitoring and analyzing the activities and trends of the competition restaurants
• To assist the DOFB in the preparation of the F&B marketing plan.
• Responsible for enhancing the product and service that is presented to the guest.
• Able to make changes that respond to the marketplace and to guest needs, both present and anticipated.
• Recommend changes of the product and services. Work in conjunction with the DOFB to develop new products and services.

Management and administration
• Respects the budget.
• To assist identify the market needs of both hotel and local guests.

• To assist the DOFB and FBSM in the preparation of the F&B marketing plan.
• Responsible for enhancing the product and service that is presented to the guest.
• Able to make changes that respond to the marketplace and to guest needs, both present and anticipated.
• Recommend changes of the product and services. Work in conjunction with the F&B Manager to develop new products and services.
• Work in conjunction with the F&B Manager / Finance Department to maximize and maintain departmental profits and minimize waste of cost of sales.
• Attending various F&B meetings such as F&B department meeting, Outlet meeting etc.

Hygiene / Personal safety / Environment
• Ensures that the workplace remains clean and tidy
• Knows and applies the hotel's safety regulations (in case of fire etc)
• Ensures the safety of people and property
• To assist in identifying any improvements for restaurant operations.
• Be conservative to energy at all times within the resort, turning off lights, A/C, fans
• Conducting day to day work with impeccable grooming, cleanly shaved, and uniform is to the standard
• Personally ensure compliance with all relevant Workplace Health & Safety and Occupational Health & Safety legislation, and related Pullman Da Nang Beach Resort Policies.
• Respects the hotel's commitments to the ""Environment Charter"" (saving energy, recycling, sorting waste etc)

Reporting line
Reports to F&B Director

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• High-school diploma to degree, vocational diploma in sales and marketing, hospitality studies, food & beverage, or equivalent.
• Two to five years experience in Food & Beverage, including at least two years as F&B Supervisor or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager and supervisory experience, required.
• Competent desktop software user.
• Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment is essential.
• Fluent in English and the national language, a 3rd language would be a plus.
