Mô tả công việc
- Manage and organize STREETS Restaurant Café daily operations and activities
- Responsible for professional staff and apprentice Trainees supervision and scheduling
- Maintain the award-winning STREETS guest services, food, beverages, cleanliness and hygiene
- Understand, appreciate, commit to and communicate the STREETS mission to all
- Conduct in-service training using STREETS materials and curriculum
- Prepare and manage the annual budget of STREETS Restaurant Café
- Control revenue and expenses and report variances with open and complete transparency
- Participate in weekly managers’ meeting
- Complete administrative tasks as assigned

- Commitment to the STREETS mission of working with the development of disadvantaged youth
- Must live in or relocate to Hoi An area at start of employment, one time relocation
- Flexible work schedule, including evening, overtime and holiday as needed
- Vietnamese Citizen preferred
- 100% Non-smokers only
Qualifications
- College Degree or Professional Hospitality/Tourism/Culinary Certificate (preference given for International study experience)
- Prior full time hospitality work experience including at least 2 years supervision/management role in restaurant, hotel, tourism, or related business
- Demonstrated “critical eye” ability with careful attention to operational details
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (will be tested in interview)
- Excellent written, spoken and English (will be tested in interview)
