Residential Project Design Manager / Quản Lý Thiết Kế Dự Án Nhà Ở

• Responsible for managing and reviewing project design drawings for residential projects developed by the company
• Investigation and survey on design plans, drawings or images of other competitive residential projects
• To negotiate and have meeting regarding the design with partner companies.
• Preparation of feasibility study and design scheme for design review
• Supervise site works to ensure that the construction is conducted as planed
• Other duties assigned by General Director and Design Director.

• At least Bachelor’s degree in University
• About 4 – 7 years of experience working in design team for real estate and construction company (a must)
• Be fluent in multiple programming languages such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, CAD, Sketchup, 3Ds Max, Sweet Home 3D, …
• Have a great creativity and good sense with the newest market’s trend.
• Have a good relationships in design community in Vietnam
• Ability to communicate and present in English
