Residential + Commercial Project Design Manager

*Job Description
• Responsible for managing and reviewing project design drawings for projects developed by the company
• Investigation and survey on design plans, drawings or images of other competitive projects
• To negotiate and have meeting regarding the design with partner companys.
• Preparation of feasibility study and design scheme for design review
• Supervise site works to ensure that the construction is conducted as planed
• Other duties assigned by General Director and Design Director.

• 회사가 개발하는 주거용 프로젝트의 설계 도면을 관리 및 검토 책임
• 경쟁품의 설계 또는 도면에 대한 조사
• 내부 검토를 위한 타당성 조사 및 설계 계획 준비
• 사이트는 공사가 계획대로 진행되도록 보장과 관리
• 법인장이나 지사장이 지명한 기타 임무.

*Job Requirements
• At least Bachelor’s degree in University
• About 4 – 7 years of experience working in design team for real estate and construction company (a must)
• Be fluent in multiple programming languages such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, CAD, Sketchup, 3Ds Max, Sweet Home 3D, …
• Have a great creativity and good sense with the newest market’s trend.
• Have a good relationships in design community in Vietnam
• Ability to communicate and present in English

• 건축 대학에서 학사 학위
• 설계 사무소 및 건설 회사의 설계 팀에서 4 ~ 7 년의 경력 (필수)
• Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, CAD, Sketchup, 3Ds Max, Sweet Home 3D 등과 같은 여러 프로그래밍 언어에 능숙.
• 최신 시장의 트렌드와 함께 창의성과 감각이 뛰어난다.
• 베트남의 디자인 공동체와 좋은 관계 유지.
• 영어로 의사 소통하고 발표할 수있 는 능력
