*** Responsibilities:
• Manage and collaborate with consultants and main contractor to resolve issues raised in RFA, RFI, Material Approval.
• Attend technical meetings and work with consultants and contractor to resolve site or design issues.
• Track the main contractors/ vendors work schedule and on any work variations arising.
• Issue to main contractor site memos and non-conformance reports when required.
• Conduct site checking on the architectural finishes status.
• Arrange with contractors and vendors for trade demonstration.
• Check supervision consultant’s report.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Head of Project Development.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor degree in Architecture
• At least 5+ years of working experience in construction
• Capability in technical drawing is a plus
• Good knowledge of local law and regulations relating to building and construction
• Attention to detail
• High sense of responsibility, willing to work overtime and under high pressure
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team, as well as work independently
• Proactive thinking, creative
• Proficient in Vietnamese and English
• At least 5+ years of working experience in construction
