Reservations and Sales Support Officer – Sales Team

* Overall Departmental Goals:
To support the Travel Designers in regards to entering accurate information into the Khiri systems and checking availabilities as well as making reservations in order to facilitate and improve efficiency of the sales process.

* Specific Purpose and Scope of Work:
Your job includes checking availabilities and making reservations for hotels and other services as well as entering services, costs and other specific information accurately into Jambix and KMP.

* Base Office:
At the Khiri Travel Vietnam Office, in Ho Chi Minh City

* Job Responsibilities:
• Enter accurately the costs and services of booked itineraries into Jambix and KMP.
• Enter important information and notes about specific travellers and agent requirements into the system
• To embrace the IT backbone of the company; Jambix, Basecamp, Gmail, KMP.
• To ensure that all bookings are input into Jambix and KMP (systems of the company)
• Work together as a team with other Sale members and follow instructions given by Sales Supervisor
• Check with hotels about room availabilities and other hotel related issues in order to facilitate and improve efficiency in the sales process
• Make reservations for hotels and services related to the confirmed bookings
• Personal development by learning internal processes, Khiri products and destination knowledge
• Other related tasks required to improve efficiency of the Sales Team
• Be a key believer in the Khiri Triple Bottom Line. People, Planet, Profit

* Qualifications, Skills & Experience
• Local Vietnamese
• Experience: Not required, but candidates with experience in travel companies preferred
• Bachelor degree – preferably in Tourism or Hospitality
• Deep interest and passion in local and regional travel
• Sales / Reservations oriented and willing to develop
• Reliable team player with positive attitude
• Excellent in English communications
• Outgoing personality

- 13th month salary
