Reservations & Revenue Supervisor - Heritage Line

LOCATION: 33 Le Trung Nghia, Ward 12, Tan Binh District, HCMC
CONDITIONS :8.30am to 5.30 pm from Mon - Fri (44 hrs per week) and 8.30am-12.30pm Saturday
DIRECTLY REPORTING TO : Heritage Line - Director of Sales & Marketing

*PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ROLE
The role of the Reservations & Revenue Supervisor is to
- manage and monitor all reservation activities pertaining to Reservations and Revenue Management in order to achieve occupancy and revenue targets by various selling / distribution channels.
- (forward) Monitor key figures of sales and reservation and create monthly or adhoc report for revenue & occupancy.
- Manage the reservation team to ensure all objectives and requirements are achieved

*RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage the reservation team on a day-by-day basis and assign team member’s daily task to balance reservation workload from all distribution channels
- Monitor budgets versus actuals (on a forward planning) with standardized reporting
- Continuous system development based on reservation/sales requirements and ensure back-end of the reservation and booking system is up to date.
- Manage & Oversee online Travel platforms (via channel manager) and HL online booking platform (direct or consumer sales) and their performance
- Inventory Management. Be on top of monitoring and follow up of all inventory allocation to avoid wash-down or cancellation of cruise departures
- Ensure that all processes are followed correctly and ensure quality standards of communication and reservation are met
- Monitor staff on their achievements, productivity, conversion and communication with buyers
- Continuous team training to improve resa department in all aspects
- On top of up- and cross-selling taking in account overall targets

• Supervise reservation staff on a daily and yearly basis for their individual development and appraisals.

***QUALIFICATIONS
• Tertiary studies in tourism Hospitality, Economics or Business preferred
• Knowledge of tourism and international service standards

***EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 3 years working experience in hospitality in the reservation department
• Experience with hotel reservation & revenue systems
• Online platform knowledge (reseller & consumer)
• Team management
