Mô tả công việc
• Process booking confirmation and cancellations in our reservation system and update to booker.
• Proficient in operating the reservation system or HMS
• Ensure all reservations are entered accurately and updates are maintained consistently
• Provide timely flow of information in accordance with the required sales administration process
• Maintain frequent and open communications with immediate superior and Sales Managers, S&M Dept
• Responsible for inventory in the absence of Revenue Management Officer
• Proficient in operating the reservation system or HMS
• Ensure all reservations are entered accurately and updates are maintained consistently
• Provide timely flow of information in accordance with the required sales administration process
• Maintain frequent and open communications with immediate superior and Sales Managers, S&M Dept
• Responsible for inventory in the absence of Revenue Management Officer
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 1 year in reservation department in international hotel or similar.
- Good command of English, both verbal and written;
- Good comprehension of reservation system HMS
- Ability to work independently, teamwork spirit, self-motivated, enthusiastic;
- Organizing, planning and prioritizing skills;
- Flexible & have the knack to handle guests.
- Pleasant personality, hardworking, honest & accurate, good work ethics.
