Mô tả công việc
We are looking for a Reservation Supervisor to handle all activities pertaining to Reservations team in order to achieve highest owners’ satisfaction and maximize service quality. This position should closely liaise with sales and owner service teams to maximize all efforts in the sales and reservation department for all vessels; and supports to improve reservations system management with pro-active development and ideas.
• Support the Owner Service Manager (OSM) in achieving business goals.
• Manage reservation team to fulfill its target and performance requirements
• Develop service procedures, policies and standards
• Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
• Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
• Recruit, mentor and develop reservation staff and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
• Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
• Adhere to and manage the approved budget
• Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
• Liaising with central reservations to communicate new rate plans and promotions
• Liaising with travel agents, and the rooms division manager
• Assisting the sales team in customer requirements
• Maintaining the in-house reservations systems

• Proven working experience as a Reservation Supervisor in hospitality industry
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
• Ability to think strategically and to lead
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
• Good communication skills to liaise with other managers and customers
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Knowledge of tourism, geography, foreign tourism
• Experience with online booking via OTA system.
• Very good at reservation and/or inventory management
• Very good at MS Office (Word, Outlook, Power point)
*GOOD TO HAVE
• Tertiary studies in tourism Hospitality, Economics or Business
• Experience in timeshare business
• Ability to communicate in English and good computer skills
