Mô tả công việc
- Update requests from sales department and travel agents through mails or phone.
- Process reservations after checking the booking fee receivement.
- Process amendment or cancellation when needed.
- Understand clearly about rates and benefits of each package from different hotels, resorts.
- Daily record all reservations with full and clear information.
- Strictly follow the reservations payment cut-of-date from partners.
- Make weekly/monthly report.
- Fulfill other administrative tasks.

- University or College: Hotels & Tourism Management or other related majors.
- The voice is clear, inspirational and not lingering is a must
- Having experiences in the field of hotel reservation or Sales/Operation/Tour Guides…in tourism field is a plus.
- Good at communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Able to work under pressure, meet the deadline on time
- Ability to do team-work as well as work independently
- Proficient in using Internet and office software
- Confident, dynamic and open-minded
